I’ve been interested in nutrition since I was a teenager. But it wasn’t a career until my dad died from a heart attack at 51. Suddenly becoming a dietitian became personal.
My approach isn’t typical. I believe in eating. I hate the word “diet.” I think all foods fit. I text my clients more than I text my friends. I deep dive into their lives to discover what the real issues are that are holding them back. And I coach them every single step of the way.
What don't I do? I don't just help someone hit a number on the scale and then push them out the door. Instead, I stick with my clients until they’ve hit the ultimate goal: a happier, more productive life. THAT'S my job, that's why I love this.
